Our Kilimanjaro Tours packages includes:
Park fees & permits
- Entry fees, camping/hut fees, rescue fees, and conservation charges (mandatory by TANAPA).
Professional guides & porters
- Certified, English-speaking guides (often WFR trained).
- Porters carry equipment and supplies; ethical operators ensure fair wages.
Meals & drinking water
- 3 fresh meals daily (hot breakfasts, packed/cooked lunches, warm dinners).
- Clean, treated drinking water provided.
- Dietary options (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) available.
Accommodation
- 2 hotel nights (before and after climb, usually in Moshi).
- High-quality mountain tents or huts-(Marangu route).
- Dining tent, sleeping mats, and full camp setup.
Transport
- Airport pick-up/drop-off (JRO, Moshi, Arusha).
- Round-trip transfers to Kilimanjaro National Park gate.
Safety equipment
- Pulse oximeter, emergency oxygen, first aid kits.
- Daily health checks by guides.
Not Included in Kilimanjaro Packages:
International flights
- Airfare to/from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Dar es Salaam.
Visa fees
- Tanzania tourist visa (approx. $50–100 depending on nationality).
Travel insurance
- Must cover high-altitude trekking and emergency evacuation.
- Vaccination requirements (Yellow Fever)
Personal gear rental
- Sleeping bags, trekking poles, boots, down jackets, headlamps, etc.
- Can be rented locally in Moshi if you don’t bring your own.
Tips for crew
- Standard practice in total: $250–350 per climber for guides, cooks, and porters.
Alcohol & soft drinks
- Only water, tea, and coffee are included; extras are at your own cost.
Optional excursions
- Safaris, cultural tours, or Zanzibar beach extensions after the climb.
